The successful candidate will be responsible in the following areas.
• Maintain Executive Directors’ diary and assist in planning appointments, meetings, conferences etc.
• Attend meetings and keep minutes
• Receive phone calls and redirect them as and when required
• Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, etc.)
• Make travel arrangements for the company as and when required
• Handle confidential documents ensuring that they remain secured
• Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as assigned by the management
• Maintain file / document register of the company
Successful Applicant's Profile
• Excellent verbal as well as written communication skills for efficient client interaction
• Excellent computers skills in using various applications like MS word, Excel, Power point etc.
• Adaptability to any working conditions
