Location. World Trade Centre

Work Hours. 09.00 AM to 06.00 PM

Salary. 120,000 LKR +

Reporting to. Group CEO

 

About the Role

We are seeking an energetic and capable administrative secretary to assist us with office administration. In this role, you will be responsible for processing documents, maintaining databases, and liaising with the public. You may also be required to manage office supplies.

 

To ensure success as an administrative secretary, you should possess excellent communication skills and demonstrable experience in a secretarial role. Outstanding administrative secretaries are highly organized in performing a wide array of administrative duties.

  • Excellent communication skills - Verbal & Written.
  • Excellent ability to multitask.
  • A high level of confidentiality, diligence, and precise record-keeping skills.
  • Always alert to requirements and ability to respond immediately.
  • Maintain a cheerful and positive attitude at all times.
  • Previous experience in Media, Entertainment is a definite advantage.

 

Required Qualifications

The candidate will be required to have one or more of the following qualifications:

  • No less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • A Degree or a Diploma in any field will be an added advantage.
  • Professional Qualifications in secretarial studies will also be an added advantage.
  • Flexible to work overtime.

  1. Can start immediately.

  3. Are within the Colombo city limits (Up to a maximum of 15 KMs from Colombo 02).
