Required Educational Qualifications

• A Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Information Systems
• Post Graduate or MBA in IT/ Computer Architecture or Strategy
• Additional Certification in technology architecture, Information Security, Network Management, or similar.

Must-Have Knowledge

• Must have a thorough knowledge of Finacle Core.
• Knowledge of Digital Financial Products and Offerings.
• Deep knowledge of IT infrastructure various technologies, platforms, and aligned vendor solutions.
• Understanding of IT security, threats, vulnerabilities, and risk mitigation strategies in digital banking products and services.

Required Work Experience

• Over 10 years of working experience in an IT, Digital Banking sector within a fast-paced and complex business setting (FS/Finance preferable).
• Prior exposure to Mobile/Digital Banking solutions, networking, and server administration.
• Prior project management experience within an Information Technology and Software Development Environment.
• Strong Project Management skills and management of development, maintenance, and support teams.
