Experience & Qualifications :

Electrical Technicians

❇️Should have Industrial Electrical certification etc.
❇️Experience in electrical industry
❇️Can understand and speak English Language
❇️Basic knowledge in Industrial and Electrical safety
❇️Lighting maintenance and troubleshooting knowledge
❇️Motor start stop control, DOL, Star-Delta, thermal protection troubleshooting knowledge
❇️Motor servicing, testing, greasing and bearing replacement.
❇️Field instrument PM, testing and troubleshooting
❇️Low Voltage distribution board maintenance and troubleshooting
❇️Basic tools and multimeter / megger operation knowledge
❇️Contactor, relay basic knowledge
❇️Should understand the Electrical circuit and drawings

Mechanical Technicians  

❇️Support in repair and maintenance tasks to ensure quality and timely completion of jobs as per planning.
❇️Knowledge of maintaining rotary and stationary equipment like pumps, valves, gear boxes, couplings and lubrication.
❇️Support the maintenance activities and be able to do the job without support.
❇️Ensure compliance to safety of asset and self.
❇️Ability to do small activities independently like- opening and boxing up of filters, strainers, flange joints, valves etc.
❇️Actively participate in troubleshooting of equipment breakdowns.
❇️Knowledge of equipment schedule checking and LLF
❇️Basic knowledge of arc welding and gas cutting.
❇️Participation skill in workshop repair activities and maintenance of spares
❇️Good knowledge regarding preventive maintenance concept and ability to carry out preventive maintenance activities independently based on the specific schedule
