Key Responsibilities
• Submit accurate pricing and promotional proposals to the top management.
• Collect market intelligence data and prepare reports for top management.
• Conduct analysis on cement market trends & competition.
• Carry-out cost analysis to support pricing decisions.
• Prepare pricing and promotional budgets and forecasts.
• Ensure price master accuracy through periodic review with accurate and updated data.
• Periodic market visits to understand market response and promotional activities.
• Ensure availability of updated policies, procedures and documentation
• Promote and contribute to H&S targets
Qualifications and Skills
• Degree in Accountancy, Statistics, Mathematics from an accredited university or CIMA with at least 5 years of relevant job experience.
• MBA would be an added advantage.
• High analytical/numerical skills with the ability to adapt to quick business changes and operate independently
• Customer focus, problem-solving, interpersonal skills and ability to work with others
• MIS skills in advanced excel, word and powerpoint. Able to use software such as SAP, BI tools such as Power BI
• Communication skills in Sinhala and / or Tamil with English
