We're #hiring for Client Services Representative

Location. Colombo 04

Salary. 50,000 LKR - 60,000 LKR

Work Days. Weekdays + Half Day on Saturday

Work Hours. 09 AM to 05.30 PM



Job Requirments

• Ability to think on your feet; negotiation and persuasion
• Excellent oral/written communication skills in English
• Great presentation skills
• Computer literate (Fluent in Microsoft Office)
• Ability to learn and adapt fast
• Knowledge in Sales/Customer service and Key Account Management
• Sales/Marketing experience in the service industry would be beneficial
• Have a Full / Part Qualified Sales/Marketing academic qualification
• Ability to build new relationships and work with minimum supervision
• Should be able to work on Saturdays (Half Day)
• Previous experience in visa/migration counseling will be an added advantage

Job Duties

• Ability to advise clients to make the right choice when selling our services
• Assist in providing a road map to clients in achieving their vision and dreams
• Proactively understand and respond to client’s inquiries
• Assist clients at all times, assist in document processing
