Associate Business Analyst
Job Overview
You will be the primary resource in gathering requirements related to software solutions. Act as a liaison between clients and technical teams, thereby bringing the gap between business and technology.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Requirements elicitation, management and documentation
- Assist customers in understanding software solutions & complex technical concepts through presentations and demonstrations
- Provide the development team with documented business cases and specifications required to proceed with development
- Guide the development team by actively being a part of the software development process by reviewing product/software road maps and keeping all partied involved
- Able to plan and manage time across multiple projects
Experience & Qualifications
- Degree or equivalent professional qualification in Information Technology/Management
- 1+ years of experience
