Marketing Business Development Executive  
         

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Identifying new business opportunities that are available in the market.

• Building a strong customer base for the business unit and providing adequate support to increase the sales and revenue targets

 • Responsible for developing and maintaining strong customer relationships with the new & existing clients

. • Successfully managing customer inquiries and assisting with effective solutions as and when required.

• Playing a significant role in gathering market information in an effective manner.

• Providing necessary assistance to the Manager – Business Development to achieve all topline targets

. • Responsible for monitoring the effectiveness of customer surveys that are carried out by the relevant parties. Skills and experience include

: • Should poses 2 or more years of experience in a similar capacity in Logistic Industry.

• Degree or professional qualification in Marketing or partly qualified in CIM/ SLIM or any other related Qualifications in Marketing.

• Should have a good knowledge on MS Excel.

• Good knowledge on changing market trends.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Time management.

• Good negotiation skills.

• Knack for serving customers.

• Good planning & organizing skills.

• Ability to handle multiple activities (Multi-tasking)
