Minimum 6 years of experience in Outbound Telesales Process
Either in Telesales or was/has been involved in Tele-Collection & Retention process in Telecom, Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance or any domain would be preferred
Should have managed a team of 50-75 people
Good on Data Orientation & Analytics - Know some of the key metrics like AHT, Call per customer, Sales Target, Shrinkage, Efficiency, Login & Talk Time, Disposition Time; Understand Dialler Management
