Generate referrals by cultivating / promoting relationships with referral partners
Manage referral partnerships
Assist Partners in new customer acquisitions
Monitor and track all partner leads and referrals to ensure referrals are handled and dealt with by the local team
Visit, train, update partner branches or locations on product and services
Work locally with teams to ensure targeted results are achieved - Revenue, Target, Customer satisfaction
Job Qualifications
At least 1 year’s sales experience in the financial services industry with proven results
Experience in sales management or partner management a plus
Sales experience in credit card business a plus
Entrepreneurial character, capable of developing and executing an effective sales strategy in getting new accounts and at the same time managing partners
Excellent organization, communication, negotiation and problem solving skills when dealing with external customers - merchants and partners.
Can close deals, ability of persuasion and excellent negotiation skills
Demonstrated ability to establish workload priorities
High achiever - able to deliver targets as required by the business
Good Knowledge about of the financial Service Industry
