Junior Business Development Executive  
         

Job Role

  • Generate referrals by cultivating / promoting relationships with referral partners
  • Manage referral partnerships
  • Assist Partners in new customer acquisitions
  • Monitor and track all partner leads and referrals to ensure referrals are handled and dealt with by the local team
  • Visit, train, update partner branches or locations on product and services
  • Work locally with teams to ensure targeted results are achieved - Revenue, Target, Customer satisfaction

 

Job Qualifications

  • At least 1 year’s sales experience in the financial services industry with proven results
  • Experience in sales management or partner management a plus
  • Sales experience in credit card business a plus
  • Entrepreneurial character, capable of developing and executing an effective sales strategy in getting new accounts and at the same time managing partners
  • Excellent organization, communication, negotiation and problem solving skills when dealing with external customers - merchants and partners.
  • Can close deals, ability of persuasion and excellent negotiation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to establish workload priorities
  • High achiever - able to deliver targets as required by the business
  • Good Knowledge about of the financial Service Industry
