Job Requirements
- 08 - 12 years’ experience in Supply Chain including 03 - 04 years in Commercial leadership Roles
- MBA/ Masters in related field
- Deep understanding of Supply Chain constraints and optimization
- Strong Interpersonal & Networking Skills
- Strong Analytical capabilities
- Previous Experience in Retail/ Apparel/ FMCG/ Industrial Manufacturing preferred
Job Duties
- Develop end to end logistics & Services commercial strategy in Sri Lanka in line with the client's global strategy
- Lead commercial strategy for Sri Lanka
- Lead customer relationship Management
- Strategic customer partnership development
- Responsible for sales team performance with training, guidance performance & opportunity evaluation
- Drive sales pipeline across key strategic verticals and products
- Responsible for achieving business targets for Sri Lanka & Maldives
- Drive the government business vertical & overlook state institution partnerships
- Maintain strong commercial acumen, research, and evaluate market information and market trends and suggest required action
- Maintain strong market presence
- As the sales leader provide regular updates and progress of Sri Lanka and Maldives at management & regional meetings
- Coordinate with regional teams on product development
- Coordinate with local & regional cross functional stakeholders on supporting successful implementation & execution
- Member of the country leadership team & provide inputs for strategy, business & investment development
- Driving penetration of company’s digital platforms in Sri Lanka
