Qualifications

• Qualified Accountant (CA Sri Lanka, CIMA, ACCA)
• Minimum of 6 years post qualifying experience
• Previous experience in Finance Business Partnering in Manufacturing Operations, Planning, and Commercial would be an added advantage.
• Strong in analytics and Microsoft Packages is a MUST.
• Exposure to an ERP environment (preferably SAP)
• Skilled in Stakeholder Management, Collaboration, and Team Work.

Job role

• Drive operational efficiencies and financial discipline across the entire supply chain including the Factory and Logistics Operation.
• Manage Supply Chain costs, Direct and Indirect overheads.
• Engage in budgeting, variance analysis & reporting of cost elements, and performance reporting related to the Supply Chain.
• Influence decisions to drive cost savings and productivity improvement projects.
• Provide insights and Finance knowledge to optimize working capital management & decision support.
• Evaluate return on investment of capital expenditure in manufacturing plants & logistics.
• Implement necessary internal controls in the supply chain including 3P operations.
