We're #hiring for the position of Product Executive - Colombo

The position

A Product Executive typically is an office based function that is responsible for the implementation of the product strategy, the marketing plan and all related marketing and sales activities based around a medicine, group of medicines in Cardiovascular Therapeutic field.,

Tasks/responsibilities

Writing and executing strategic business and marketing plans, in collaboration with the Management, Sales Management and headquarters (product brand plan),

Financial (joint) responsibility for budgets (promotion, conferences and symposia, sales brochures and other product documentation, website content, literature) and sales results, as well as analysis of budget income and cost.

• Close collaboration with headquarters, translation of corporate brand strategy, and visuals
• Design promotional material and including Digital medias
• Initiate and coordinate Marketing activities and projects in close collaboration with the sales Team.
• Presenting (to) and training the field staff.
• Organizing Webinars and Medical meetings
• Visiting Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)
• Organization of advisory boards

Candidate Profile

• A fully qualified Pharmacist/Science Education (Advance level) with a professional qualification marketing and Management will be an advantage.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Product Management or 3-5 experience in Pharmaceutical Sale with relevant education qualifications will be considered.
• Demonstrable successes in marketing or sales, often the requirement is that you have gained this experience in a sales position, however a medical background will be of advantage.
