BU MANAGER – MARKETING ( APPAREL - EUROPEAN BRAND)  
         

The Job
Primary job role will be;
• Responsible for driving European brand business growth in the Group
• Developing business and customer strategies to bring in the growth – Driving Business LRP
• Driving Profitability for the Group related to this brand
• Conduct market research and set the strategies for business development
• Developing customer Relationship locally and overseas
• Developing and grooming the teams to be suitable for future
• Manage day to day operational related matter with the team and ensure monthly sales are met as per the business plans
• Manage product development pipeline to ensure business growth, sales pipeline and monthly sales
• Work closely with Supply chain, Planning and development teams to ensure RM booking, capacity reservation, facilitate demand planning process, on time seasonal submissions and facilitate effective communications among internal and external stakeholders

The Person
• Proven Work Experience as a Key customer account manager / Client Management background
• Demonstrable ability to communicate present and influence key stakeholders at all levels
• Solid Experience in customer relationship management
• Ability to strategize the business portfolio
• Experience in handling forecast
• Experience delivering client focused solutions to customer needs
• Excellent Listening negotiations and presentation abilities
• Strong with numbers and analytical skills
• Excellent Peoples Management and interpersonal skills
• Degree with a recognized university with minimum of 03 years of experience in a similar capacity
• Minimum of 08 years of experience in sales and marketing preferably in textile industry
• Excellent Language Skills
• Flexible for traveling to Europe on requests for customer visits
• He / she has to visit local garment manufacturing plants on request for customer visits
• Ability handle professionally challenges situations effectively and turns in to opportunities
• Related knowledge about knitted fabrics will be an added advantage
