QA Lead  

         

•5+ years of experience in the QA / testing track
• At least one year’s experience in similar capacity or leading / guiding QA teams
• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering
• Experience in setting up testing strategies, processes, and workflows
• Hands on experience in Test Automation
• Experience in creating, executing, and reviewing test plans and following process guidelines
• Experience in testing public facing websites and window-based applications
• Experience in testing Service Oriented Applications
• General knowledge on SQL
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience working with Unit testing, Integration testing, Performance testing, and Load testing techniques
• Demonstrated commitment to process and documentation
