SENIOR HR EXECUTIVE  

         

What you need to do:

- Ensure the daily cadre availability at distribution centers are met with effective engagement an development strategies
~ Rollout the IR calendar for the allocated distribution centers
- Encourage and ensure career progression for the staff
- Bring in effective cost management strategies in optimizing the outsourced cadre deployment
- Ensure all HR practices are compliant with the legal and policy standards
~ Forecast cadre patterns and be able to set strategies in achieving the same
- Provide timely and accurate data for management decision making

What you need to have:
- Academic or equivalent professional qualification in mgt., or in HRM
~ Minimum of 2 years prior exposure in handling HR at a manufacturing or a
warehousing environment
~ Excellent command in English and Sinhala while ability to converse in Tamil would be
an added advantage
- Ability in Managing multiple stakeholder demands effectively
- Being able to commit for extended working hours and weekends when required
- Strong interpersonal skills
~ Effective leadership qualities
- Be proactive in nature
