IT EXECUTIVE  

         

Job Role 
Installation, Configuration, and Troubleshooting of computer hardware, software, and network
Monitoring Network performance, servers Backups, user Backups, email configuration
Maintaining IT asset documents
Ability to visit multiple internal facilities when required
Self-Driven and possessing the ability to perform under minimum supervision
Candidate Profile 
Possess Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and/or Information of Technology from a recognized university or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Information Technology or similar qualifications
Cisco network product-related Certification (CCNA)
Minimum 3 years of proven working experience in a similar capacity.
Excellent knowledge of best practices around management, control & monitoring of server infrastructures
Experience in firewall and VPN management 
Experience in network troubleshooting, wireless and local connectivity 
Exposure to the management of O365 and Cloud platforms
