RESPONSIBILITIES
Specific responsibilities include :Ensuring all claims are processed in compliance within the SLAs agreed with all partners
Ensures company’s compliance with local authorities relating to regulations and other affairs
Jointly managing a team of claims officers to ensure all claims are processed while maintaining the set quality and service standards
Working with the manager to adjust procedures as needed to improving servicing
Building and motivating the team to meet targets
Adjusting practices based on company needs
Intervention with partners and customers to settle difficult or complex claims
Providing all required claims reports required by managementl
THE CANDIDATE
Atleast 3 years of experience in insurance claims
Qualification related to insurance would be a distinctive advantage Sound knowledge of Word , Excel , and PowerPoint Understanding of legal regulations Excellent analytical and problem - solving skills Customer service background Ability to organize , document , and control both digital and physical data
