QA Leads  

         

Responsibilities:

Lead and drive teams to meet deadlines and produce high quality deliverables
Review test estimates
Review requirements, specifications, design documents etc. and provide feedback
Identify risks and create risk mitigation plans
Liaise with developers and project managers to clarify requirements and other project related issues
Track quality assurance metrics, such as defect densities and open defect counts
Conduct test case review meetings
Participate and provide feedback at sprint demos
Mentor senior and junior QAs
Suggest continuous process improvements

Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience as a QA lead in the IT industry
Proven work experience in software quality assurance
Strong analytical and leadership skills
Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases
Hands-on experience with different testing types, test automation tool and test automation frameworks
Understanding of object-oriented programming
Understanding of UI, cross-browser compatibility, general web functions and standards
Able to work in an agile environment with a focus on continuous integration
Experience in Quality Metrics
Excellent oral and written communication skills
