Key Accountabilities
Overall responsibility from the point of Customer Order to Delivery Acknowledgement.
On time delivery of customer orders through planning and reviewing supply chain activities.
Approve and release customer orders on the ERP system.
Effectively work with sales team to ensure customer priorities are met on time.
Monitoring and reporting on department KPI’s.
Develop the customer service team by motivating, coaching and training.
Person Profile
Minimum four years of experience in a supply chain/sales operation, with supervisory exposure.
BSc. in Business Management/ Supply Chain Management or equivalent from a recognized institute.
Hands on experience working with an ERP system and proficiency in Excel.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Data analysis and problem-solving skills, multi-tasking and ability to work in a highly complex environment.
