Senior Manager – Digital Strategist  
         

RESPONSIBILITIES –
Head of Digital Strategy is responsible for digital media strategy and the accompanying plans and key tactics for local & multinational client accounts. This is a great opportunity to do some leading-edge work for some of the world-renowned brands and local game changers. Lead the strategy team to deliver world class work with focus on creativity, innovation, and drive ROI for clients.
Creation of strong, compelling, and strategic media recommendations on how digital channels can be used to integrate the consumer journey and being able to define the role of digital.
Responsible for designing the digital strategy to meet communications objective across channels.
Bringing digital, data and technology innovation solutions to clients
Design the measurement framework, KPIs based on clients’ desired outcome.
Works in collaboration with the Head Planning, as well as other Implementation groups, develops budget allocations across digital media, media mix scenarios.
Key day-to-day digital contact for Clients and the Account Leadership team
Serve as a key liaison among specialist media groups that contribute to overall digital media plans.
Provide insights on emerging media and new, digital opportunities.     
Informs the buy optimization process, ensuring that the rationale and actions are clearly aligned with digital strategy and managed with client.
Maintains regular contact with key online vendors, making sure to be up to date with the latest Digital opportunities.
Lead inspires the reporting lines and be the Digital champion.
 
CANDIDATE PROFILE –
Systems & Tools:
Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Relevant industry tools exposure (i.e., Media Tools, Data Analytic tools, Google, FB certifications, programmatic advertising etc)
Strong up to date understanding of tracking and tagging, attribution modelling, behavioral marketing, database modelling, retargeting, addressability, viewability, brand safety.
Qualifications:
Exposure and experience in advertising, digital marketing, business administration, branding and communications.
5-7+ years of digital media experience preferred.
Comfortable operating in a nimble, fast-paced environment
Excellent verbal and written skills
Strong organizational skills, multi-tasking capabilities and detail oriented 
Can turn insights into actions.
Knowledge of Programmatic, Video, Social, Search and SEO practices and benefits
Good understanding of data analytics
Operates with speed, provocation, and grit.
Lead a dynamic team to perform at their peak.
