Manager - Engineering & Maintenance  

         

We are looking for an analytical minded, proactive and hardworking person to oversee the
engineering maintenance functions in the factory.
You would report to Resident Manager and your responsibilities would include the financial and
technical optimization of the engineering maintenance function, participating in the production
planning process, preparing and managing the maintenance budget, managing repair and
productive maintenance of machinery and equipment and advising/assisting design engineers to
optimize existing and new equipment in order to meet production requirements.
You should possess a degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering from a recognized
institution with at least 5 years - experience at a managerial level in a reputed manufacturing
organization. Exposure to kilns, boilers, heat exchangers and material handling equipment is
preferred.
A postgraduate qualification in maintenance management and the experience in working with
ERP System - SAP would be advantageous.
