Guest Relations Officer/Executive  
         

 2+ years of experience in similar capacity at a reputed star class hotel
 Excellent English spoken and written communication skills
 Ability to perform front office operations including reservations, guest relations and billing and check in/check-outs
 Ability to participate in a sales and marketing that results in optimum rate and occupancy of the hotel
 Team player with good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to set priorities for self and others
 Experience in night audit functions
 Able to perform rotating shifts including the night shift
 Age under 35 years (Female or Male)
