Operations Manager  

         

Candidate will have a bachelor's degree in any discipline, preferably in civil, chemical or industrial engineering with prior experience in team management, ideally in construction or construction products, coupled with excellent communication skills.

Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to: -
 
-Run a safe, injury/accident- free workplace.
-Develop safety culture in the organization in partnership with HR Department.
-Ensure compliance with all country laws and company regulations.
-Plan and manage the production function in the company and ensure that priorities are met with efficient utilization of labor, materials, and other resources.
-Prepare and complete improvement action plans; implement production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolve problems; and complete audits.
-Work closely with GM and management team to set and/or implement policies, procedures, and systems and to follow through with implementation.
-Carry out actions in accordance with procedures as specified in the Company Quality Management System.
- Audit and implement improvements to the Quality Management System.
