Key Responsibilities & Skills:

• Devise a training strategy for the group while aligning the trainings with strategic goals of the organization.
• Execute and coordinate the annual training need analysis and derive the organizational and individual training needs accordingly
• Designing, expanding and conducting training and development programs based on the TNA and monitoring and reviewing the progress of trainees.
• Preparation of training budget and keep operations within budget.
• Devising individual learning plans ensuring that statutory training requirements are met.
• Manage, monitor and coordinate all employee centric training initiatives using internal and external sources while driving a learning culture.
• Coordinate the annual, quarterly and monthly training calendars.
• Handle the performance management cycle process from start to end and monitor timely and accurate completion of the appraisals with the aim to provide a fair and transparent performance management across the group.
• Thorough knowledge in writing and evaluating Job Descriptions.
• Having an understanding of e-learning techniques, and where relevant, being involved in the creation and/or delivery of e-learning packages.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources Management in apparel Industry.
• Experience in delivering trainings and content designing will be an added advantage
• Demonstrate ability to manage multiple, competing priorities, facilitate projects and business processes and work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Excellent written/verbal/interpersonal communication skills.
