International Sales Manager  
         

A. Key responsibilities and accountabilities:

• Primarily focus on Sales team drive

• Market research (Competitor analysis mainly what cars and prices competitors are selling)

• Analyzing the market demand and sales trend etc

• Guiding the sales team

• Monitoring the discipline of the sales team staff

• Training current and new staff in sales

• Monitor the sourcing’s output and efforts actively


SL C & F Operations

• SL Corporate sale admin management

General responsibilities

• Should be punctual by reporting to work on time

• Needs to maintain a healthy attendance record

• Needs to keep the work place clean and organized

• To maintain a professionalism when dealing with clients and internal parties at all times

• Properly groomed and dressed in and out of work

• Maintain a positive attitude with a no excuse policy

• Work as a team to reach the collective goal, and building positive inter-departmental relationships

• Attending to all company organized events and sports activities (A minimum of 2 activities per month)

B. The Role/Characteristics

Experience in Sales related to the industry with a min Academic qualification.

Plus a Professional Qualification from a recognized institute such as CIM or SLIM would be an added advantage

REPORTING PROCEDURES:

Directly reporting to the Group CEO and the Group Directors
